1. Registration and Eligibility

  • Participant Limit: This course is strictly limited to 10 participants.

  • Legal Standing: By registering, you certify that you are legally permitted to own and operate a firearm in the State of Texas.

2. Strict Safety & Firearm Policy

  • No Live Firearms at KMD: You are strictly prohibited from bringing any live firearms or live ammunition into the Krav Maga Dallas facility during the first five weeks of classroom training.

  • Training Tools: SIRT laser pistols and all necessary dry-fire training tools will be provided by KMD for classroom sessions.

  • Safety Violations: Any participant who violates safety protocols or brings unauthorized weapons into the classroom will be immediately removed from the course without a refund.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Tuition: The total course fee is $299.

  • No Refunds: Due to the extremely limited capacity of this course, all registrations are final.

  • Attendance: Missing a session does not entitle the participant to a partial refund or a makeup session, as the curriculum is progressive.

4. Week 6 Live-Fire Exam

  • Location: The final 3-hour exam takes place at an outdoor DFW-area range.

  • Transportation: Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the outdoor range.

  • Ammo & Gear: Specific requirements regarding ammunition counts and holster types for Week 6 will be provided during the Week 5 classroom session.

5. Physical Requirements & Liability

  • Physical Activity: You will be engaging in movement, drawing from a holster, and firing from various positions.

  • Liability Waiver: All participants must have a signed KMD liability waiver on file before training begins.

  • Instructor Authority: The Lead Firearms Instructor (Matt Roberts) has final authority on all safety matters. Any participant deemed a safety risk during the Live-Fire Exam will be asked to leave the range immediately.

6. Range Safety and Professional Conduct

  • Final Authority: During the Week 6 live-fire exam, the Lead Firearms Instructor and all Range Safety Officers (RSOs) have final authority over all participants.

  • Command Compliance: Participants must follow all safety directions, range commands, and instructions from range staff immediately and without question.

  • Range Rules: You are required to adhere to all specific rules and regulations enforced by the DFW-area outdoor range facility where the exam is held.

  • Safety Dismissal: Failure to follow range safety protocols or commands from staff will result in immediate removal from the range and dismissal from the course without a refund.

  • Personal Responsibility: While KMD provides a safe training environment, participants are responsible for their own conduct and the safe handling of their firearms at all times while on the range.
