Youth Krav Maga

Youth Krav Maga will build your child’s confidence, situational awareness and self protection skills which are essential for defending any attacks they may see in school or on the street.

Strike Lab

Improve your striking techniques and overall fight strategies. In StrikeLab, you will work on striking combinations using focus mitts and Muay Thai pads to improve your Krav Maga combatives, footwork, movement, striking power, and pad-holding techniques.

Ground Survival

The last place you want to be in a real fight is on the ground. KM Ground Survival is a self-defense and ground fighting class that focuses on what happens when the worst-case scenario becomes reality – a fight ends up on the ground.

KravFit

This class features a combination of strength training and dynamic flexibility. Using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) principles, the focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Combat Cardio

Combat Cardio is an exhilarating full-body workout that combines elements of striking, cardio, and strength training. We rotate through a series of high-energy drills, including punching combinations, footwork exercises, and conditioning routines.

KravYoga

Yoga is an ancient practice of body, mind, and spirit. KravYoga is designed to enhance core strength, functional flexibility, dynamic balance, and mindfulness. All of these qualities transfer to more precise and effective combat training.
