Our Women’s Empowerment Seminar is dedicated to keeping our community safe by teaching women how to defend themselves. We are once again partnering with Emily’s Place, a local women’s shelter where we will be donating all of our net proceeds.
In this 4 hour seminar, we teach defenses against the most common attacks against women. Being choked, dragged by the arm, or being picked up are upsettingly common attacks against women and need to be addressed in a purposeful and direct way.
In addition to our Krav Maga techniques, we also teach good practices for mitigating the chance of an encounter in the first place! Having the confidence to stand your ground and defend your space can sometimes be enough to protect yourself and others.
Though drilling these techniques and principles in specialized training scenarios, we can ensure your ability to call upon them in the most stressful situations.
We encourage women who are going off to college, abroad, or who are just plain safety conscious to attend this self-defense seminar on April 9th from 1-5 pm and learn the skills that will keep them safe.

Krav Maga Dallas tries to give back to the community as often as we can, and this seminar is no exception. Every year we host a donation drive alongside our Women’s empowerment seminar. We take donations from our members, net proceeds from the seminar, and our own personal funds to a local women’s shelter called Emily’s place!
They house, provide meals, and offer education for victims of domestic violence and their children. We make an effort to provide additional assistance outside of our seminar, but this time of year is always our time to give the most we can.
Last year we were able to raise $2,500 for Emily’s Place! Please help us gift even more this year by donating in person or during your sign-up for the seminar.
