Every year, Krav Maga Dallas™ hosts a Women’s Empowerment Seminar in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month to teach real-world self-defense to the women of the community. This year’s event was one of the largest with over 60 attendants, who together, helped raise $2000.00 for a local non-profit organization called Emily’s Place.

Emily’s Place is an incredible organization that rehabilitates families of domestic violence by providing safe and secure housing for up to 24 months. To help understand how helpful this is, it takes $43 per day to feed all of the women and children.
