Combat Cardio is an exhilarating full-body workout that combines elements of striking, cardio, and strength training. We rotate through a series of high-energy drills, including punching combinations, footwork exercises, and conditioning routines. Instructors will guide you through dynamic movements that challenge endurance, agility, and coordination while promoting proper form and technique. These classes incorporate interval training principles, alternating between bursts of intense activity and brief recovery periods to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness. Beyond the physical benefits of increased strength, speed, and stamina, our Combat Cardio class can also enhance mental focus, relieve stress, and improve your striking technique.
