Matt Sanderson

Matt is the yoga coach for Krav Maga Dallas. He has provided nearly 20,000 unique student experiences over his 6 years of teaching. Matt’s teaching style combines the yoga principles of peace and centeredness with the intensity needed for Krav Maga. His classes are challenging, but they are designed for beginners in both yoga and Krav Maga, as well as seasoned students in either discipline. In a typical Krav Maga yoga class, you will be challenged in various areas including breath control, core strength, full body flexibility, endurance, and mental focus.

Matt has literally traversed the globe seeking guidance from various forms of yoga and yoga teachers. His yoga studies have led him to learn from yoga teachers in Indonesia, Costa Rica, Turks & Caicos, and Belize. His teaching draws from various forms of yoga including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha, as well as core instruction from Pilates.

Matt is a Dallas native. He lives in Plano with his two children, both of whom are also Krav Maga students. (Of course!)
