Be Ready for anything

Going off to college is a massive milestone, and it can be just as nerve-wracking as it is exciting. As you prepare for this next chapter of independence, your safety and confidence should be your top priorities. This seminar is designed specifically for young women who are ready to navigate campus life on your own terms.

Throughout this comprehensive course, you will develop both the physical and mental skills required to handle dangerous situations. This goes way beyond a simple lecture; we provide hands-on, practical Krav Maga training against real-world threats in a controlled, supportive environment.

What You Will Learn:

  • Situational Awareness: How to spot potential threats early, even when in unfamiliar areas.

  • Boundary Setting: Techniques to confidently stand your ground, speak up, and de-escalate uncomfortable situations.

  • Practical Self-Defense: Real-world physical skills designed to stop an attacker and create an immediate opportunity to escape.

While this seminar is tailored for the college experience, the foundational principles you’ll learn are universal skills you will carry with confidence for the rest of your life. With the help of our dedicated instructors, you will leave this course ready to face the world with strength, awareness, and complete peace of mind.

Take control of your own safety and independence. Learn how to fight back if trouble finds you.
