Gain confidence by learning to speak up, protect your physical space, and fight back when necessary. We emphasize realistic training scenarios and practical, real-world self-defense techniques in a fun and cooperative learning environment. Learn self-defense techniques against chokes, grabs, bear hugs, ground assaults, and more.
No previous experience or training is necessary to learn these life-saving principles. Bring your friends, daughters, and mothers and train together.

The seminar is open to female members and non-members ages 14 & up. Ages 14-16 must be accompanied by an adult; seminar may involve adult content.
Krav Maga Dallas™ is committed to helping women develop the right mental and physical skills necessary to defend themselves. An enrollment fee of $35.00 will be donated to Emily’s Place, a local shelter for women and children affected by domestic violence. For this reason, all enrollment payments are final and will not be refunded.
